Delivery and packaging
For all credit / debit card purchases, we aim to despatch your goods the same day or the following working day after the order is placed (subject to stock).
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail. For most orders, you should receive the items within 3-4 days of being sent out but we suggest allowing 5-7 working days.
If we expect there to be any delay, we will contact you to let you know and see how you would like to proceed. If you require urgent delivery, please call us on 01444 454 212 and we will confirm whether the items can be sent out to you in time.
We are happy for customers to pay by cheque, but please allow 3 days for the cheque to clear once we’ve received it before we can despatch the goods.
Gifts
If you wish to order a gift for someone and would like it delivered direct, we are more than happy to arrange that.
During checkout you will be given the option to deliver the items to a separate address. If you choose to do this, we will not include any price details in the package, only a delivery note.
If you'd rather not include any paperwork, for example if you've requested gift wrapping so want the items to remain a surprise, tell us during checkout (there's a section for additional information) and we'll put the products in and no more!
UK Mainland delivery
Our standard delivery charge for UK addresses is £2.95 per order. Delivery is free of charge for orders over £50.
Express delivery is charged at £8.50.
If you're concerned you may not be in when your parcel arrives and there's nowhere secure for it to be left, we recommend a
Hippo Box.
Deliveries are placed inside and the unit is secured until you unlock it.
UK Local delivery (RH17)
We believe in working closely with local communities and are pleased to announce free local delivery currently applying to any deliveries made to the RH17 postcode in Sussex.
Choose your items and proceed through the checkout as normal, paying any shipping if applicable.
When we receive your order, we will automatically refund any shipping charges if the delivery address is to an RH17 postcode. (* £20 minimum order applies.)

Delivery to EU countries
For deliveries up to 2kg, the following charges apply:

All international orders are shipped through first class international recorded mail.
For goods over this weight, we will contact you with delivery charges before proceeding with the order.

Delivery to countries outside the EU
We do not currently have the facility to automatically dispatch goods outside the EU, but please do contact us if you live elsewhere and wish to place an order and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Packaging
All our packaging is chosen for its minimal environmental impact.
The postal boxes are made from recycled cardboard and the wood wool filler is reusable and biodegradable. The packing tape is also biodegradable.
We reuse packaging from our suppliers wherever possible and any that can’t be reused is recycled.
Please note, as a result of these policies, customers will sometimes receive their items in a pre-used box or with a different packing filler.
We hope you feel even better about your (eco-friendly) purchase as a result, but we understand that sometimes you'll want to send it in a fresh box (perhaps when you're sending a gift), so just mention it in the comments section of the checkout, and we'll pick a nice new one for you!
